Have had happen on 2 occasions, the app seems to have trouble loading, ie. it takes a long time, then asks for me to create a profile. Logs and all saved profiles gone. Samsung j7, running android
There is a new build heading your way via the Android store that should sort this out. Look for 1.0.3. Don’t uninstall or you will lose data, just upgrade per usual.

Two logs uploaded since the new version was downloaded. Not a single problem! Much faster and one log was for the previous Zulu day. Thanks!
