I have used the HAMRS logging software for three POTA activations and on the third activation today, When I would enter a stations call sign instead of telling me the name and location, it says “No entry for ‘call sign’ in QRZ database.” Any idea why this feature is not working? I have all the settings options turned “on”.
Any chance your internet connection was spotty? HAMRS requires a connection to retrieve call info.
If you look up each QSO after the activation, does it work?
