Is this the normal when using QRZ on the app the Locator square/grid square does not populate. There’s a message in the top right corner of my screen saying invalid callsign on every QSO I make. I have linked my QRZ page to HAMRS, updated the app uninstalled and reinstall both on Apple devices and my PC laptop.
Not sure what to do next I enjoy POTA and hunting.

Do you have a premium (paid) subscription to QRZ.COM? That is required to retrieve the grid squares.
Otherwise one of the other two services should work okay. Be aware that they are sparse with international contact info, however.

Yes had to paid in the end funny because it was working fine. Oh well never mind.
