If I hear only the suffix of a callsign, I like to enter that and then put the cursor in front of the callsign to enter the prefix when I hear it on the next call. If you enter letters/numbers in front of other letter/numbers, the first character will show up where the cursor is and then the cursor snaps to the end on its own and the rest of what you type ends up on the end. It would be nice if the cursor stays where you put it.
@jarrett has an open ticket for this bug but it remains unresolved. Hopefully he will be able to track down the fix for it in a future release.
