Adding 13cm logging freq

Hi,

Greetings from the Torbay ARS, I been actively pushing HAMRS logging to the society members, a lot of them are still using paper logs etc.

I’ve had a request from one of my members, asking if the 13cm band can be added to the list of frequencies the program will recognise - he does a lot of operations on the Ao100 satellite.
