I recently switched phones from android to iOS and am having trouble figuring out how to install the app to my new phone. Is there a way to transfer the account or do I need to pay for the app again?

Since the Apple App Store and the Google Play store are not connected, I’m pretty sure you will need to purchase it again.

Thank you, kindly, for your response. That is most unfortunate.

I was hoping there was a way to contact someone from HAMRS and they could “unlock” it somehow so I don’t have to pay twice. Is there a contact form somewhere?
