One of the really great advantages HAMRS offers is the ability to email the POTA log directly to my regional coordinator from a portable device by exporting the ADIF. On the iPad, the exported ADIF file name is given the name of the log. I assume other platforms act similarly.
With this in mind, in the sample screen shots (such as those provided on the HAMRS,app home page and in the app stores), why not use the standard file naming convention to convey this and reinforce the naming protocol?
The log name in the current screen shot on the home page is “Fall River - K2338”. A change to “K1ABC@K-2338-20210425” would convey this appropriately.
