Where do I find information to integrate HAMDB? I am assuming HAMDB is a local call sign database for HAMRS?

No, HamDB is an online lookup service. Just select it in your settings if you wish to use it.
Other options are QRZ.com and HamQTH, but you will need to enter your login info for those services in your profile, and QRZ.com requires a premium subscription of you wish to retrieve gridsquare data.
