Can’t send as attachment

Trying to send my POTA log as an ADI file, but for some reason it won’t attach a file? I’ve done this a hundred times before. Anyone know what causes this?

What operating system are you using? It works fine on my iPad, iPhone, and Windows PC.

Have you tried any alternate methods, like a different email client, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, etc.?
