Can the Comments field be locked?

I am wondering if there is a way to lock the comment field so the same comment can be used for every contact I log. Let’s say I wanted to say thank you to everyone I dont want to have to type it every time…

I guess I’m not understanding your question. The COMMENT field is strictly a remark specific to that particular contact and is only in your local log. It is not sent or stored anywhere else, so nobody else will see it.

I’m obviously missing something here.

However, you can always type it once, then highlight and save to the clipboard. Then just RIGHT click the box and click PASTE to stick it in there.
