It used to work, not any more. How do I fix it?
Can you clarify your issue? Does it (1) not show the name and location fields on the screen, or (2) is HAMRS not retrieving them for you?
If (1), go to Settings and choose Expanded mode. That makes the name and location fields visible. On some devices and orientations you might need to drag or scroll the panel to see them.
If (2), go to Settings and try switching lookup services—maybe the one you chose is temporarily offline. Also visit your Profile if you are using a lookup service that requires a username and password, and verify your login credentials.
