Double entries with single save

EVERY POTA ENTRY REMOVES THE K,CA,ECT AND CREATES ANEW LOG WITH JUST THE KLETTERS IN THE PARK FIELD.
This leaves two logs, one with the numerical part and another with just the letters.
how do I fix this?

I am curious how you are entering the park numbers. Are you entering them with a dash “-” or a comma “,”? If you are entering them with a comma (K,1234) then HAMRS thinks you have entered two parks and will create two logs entries for each contact. Parks should be entered with a dash (K-1234).

Hope this helps, but if it doesn’t, please provide an example or screenshot. This might provide a better understanding of what’s happening.

Just overnight the K- with US- and all will be well…

Did you get this sorted out yet? I’ve never seen this behavior before. Enter the park number in the right format and it should work.
