Editing my grid creates a duplicate QSO

When editing a QSO in the log if I edit my grid down near the bottom, it creates a duplicate of the QSO with the corrected grid in the duplicate at the bottom of the log, but leaves the original QSO with the incorrect grid in the log.

Version 0.10.7 under Windows 10 using the POTA template.
On the iPhone it seems to be working ok.

ETA: This also seems to happen when editing their grid as well.

Having the same problem when I edit ANY information in a contact.
