Export ADIF - it won't - why

I am able to export a file that works for POTA, but it is not an ADIF extension, so it will not upload to QRZ or LOTW. I am using windows 11 laptop. Was working okay. Did I change something that I did not realize>

While most systems should accept either .adi or .adif, some are fussy. When exporting from HAMRS, send the file to yourself via email. Then, on your home computer, save the file from your email then simply rename it to the adif extension for uploading to QRZ etc. There is no rush to upload logs, there is no time limit or expiration date. Always review at home before uploading for accuracy and completeness.
