Getting UNKNOWN for grid

I am getting unknown for the grid. I am set up to use QRZ.com. I am a premium level user.

At the parks I was using my phone as a hotspot and had internet access.

I have switched between QRZ and HamDB.org. neither return the grid. I am on version 0.11.2

I just downloaded 0.11.3 and tested it here at home and the grid was populating correctly. Now was it the new version or the fact that I was testing from home? hmmm
