Guidelines for Bugs Reporting

When posting a bug report, please include as much information as possible. Describe what actions you were taking, what you were attempting to accomplish, and what you experienced.

Please include the following information:

  1. What HAMRS version are you using? {link to how to check version}

  2. If using HAMRS through your web browser, include the browser name and version - whatismybrowser.com

  3. If using installed/native HAMRS app, include your operating system and version (example: Windows 11, iOS 18, Android 15, Linux Distro + version, etc.)

Husband Purchased the app thru Family sharing. I downloaded to my phone. Trying to download to ipad but getting charged a gf sin. Help please.
