Big surprise when I updated HAMRS from the Google PlayStore. Although I changed my address seven years ago when I moved to Oregon, somewhere along the line Google changed my profile address back to Texas, so I was charged Sales Tax on my purchase. Turns out that Google will assess Sales Tax on any purchases made through the PlayStore if your state has a Sales Tax. This was new to me, as I have never payed any kind of taxes on app purchases before.
