Initial Set-Up Help

Hi. Brand new to this. I’m looking for initial set-up information; I’m in a bit of a time crunch. I put in some sample QSOs just to get the hang of it and will try to export an ADIF eventually to see if it all works properly. I want to use this for post-special event logging from a paper log.

For starters, could someone tell me the difference between the green checked circles for a QSO and what it means if they are blank?

Green checked circles mean the QSO was lookup with whatever service you have selected under ‘Settings’. They are grey if they’ve never been looked up (say, you’re in the field without an internet connection)
