Amazon let me order HAMRS, saying it would work on my Kindle.
So far, it has not shown up in the Kindle library, even with lots of searching.
I tried to contact Amazon and ask for a refund, but there is no way to do this.
In my order history, it says I ordered a copy for Android. but that’s not true. I ordered for the Kindle.
I do have a paid copy on my Iphone
Any suggestions abt this Kindle issue will be appreciated.

I thought it only worked on a Kindle Fire if you “jailbreak” it and turn it into a full blown Android device, with the correct Play Store, not the Amazon Store. That is what a few of us did. w1ip
“Jailbreak” sounds great, but I’m not a computer guy.
It was advertised as working on the Kindle by Amazon, but they won’t refund my money.
If you DM me your email address I can paypal you or something. The Amazon Kindle Store is very hit or miss.
You should be able to go to your Amazon account on a computer and see that individual Kindle purchase. I believe there’s always a link to report a problem with a purchase and that would allow you to ask for a refund

Jeff - amazon prime is great unless you have a problem. Tried what you said but no way to cancel order, or even get customer support.
we had this problem a few weeks ago with their sending vinegar when they were supposed to send olive oil…took forever to actually get customer support and get the order straightened out.
