Line Error Message After Look Up

I used HAMRS today for the first time on my windows 10 laptop. It worked great & is definitely a keeper. I can finally retire SQUIRL :slight_smile: . But I have one question. After doing the lookup when I got home & connected to the internet. All the contacts but one got a green checkmark. However one returned an error… Any ideas anyone? I checked every line of the entry & it looks fine. The callsign checks out ok on QRZ. Not a show stopper as the log submitted fine, I’m just wondering… Thanks

Did you try hitting the gear to the right of the QSO and doing a fresh lookup on that entry?

If that doesn’t work, try changing your lookup resource to HamDB and see if it populates correctly.
