Loading HAMRS on more than one device

Are you allowed to load the HAMRS logging program on more than one device you own for one price?

If your App Store allows it, then you can do it. For instance, iOS lets me install it on my iPhone and both iPads (Pro and mini).

Google Play store allows the same thing—just log into the same account in both devices.

The desktop versions are free, of course. So you can install those to your heart’s content.
