Seems all my logs are gone, including the three new ones from today. Any help?
I got home and began editing, program froze, and once everything reset… all my logs for the pass three years vanished.
Sounds like you’re still on the legacy version? What operating system?
Probably was since I’ve never purposefully changed or upgraded the app on my own. I’m using Windows 10.
What version does it show when you click ‘Help’ > ‘About’
The version I’m seeing now is 1.0.6 What it was before I surely don’t know. It prompted me to add a new profile as if my old one (same callsign/name) was no longer accessible.
I stopped using HAMRS due to problems like this. I now use Smart Logger it is free and works great for POTA and more.
Same happened to me in June '24. Was gone for a few days, left the PC on, came home and every HAMRS log was gone from the PC and from my cloud backup. A few weeks ago most, but not all logs mysteriously reappeared.
You were storing your logs on HAMRS? Why? So if you were doing POTA, just to go my uploads and you can download all your logs and put them somewhere safe.
