POTA QRT Spots - please filter them out

Please filter them out.

Spots with QRT in comments are the convention for marking the end of an Activation.

pota.app now offers a filter to remove them.

Near the end of the day many spots will be QRT spots and they typically persist 30 minutes from submittal.
