SOTA and POTA at the same time

This is another request for something that will be optimal for activating SOTA and POTA at the same time. There are workarounds, but I see that it’s been requested at least twice in the past.

I’ll add my vote for a SOTA+POTA (aka SPOTA) option so I can log both at once and generate a single log both programs can accept in a single step.
