Virtual number keyboard in 1.0.7

I just installed 1.0.7 and I’m running iOS but I don’t see the Extended Keyboard toggle in Settings. So I can’t turn on virtual number keyboard.

Am I missing something?

I am having the same issue. The number keyboard was present before the update, but not now. No option to turn it back on. It makes using my iPad for live logging near impossible.
