I’d like to copy my log files (not .adi files) to dropbox so they’re all in one place regardless of the computer I use. I can’t seem to find them. Where should they be?

The current version of HAMRS will not allow you to store your data files at any other location. It is a future feature the developer has announced will be coming, but the release date hasn’t been set.
